All my presentations are scientifically supported, and all the stories I tell are experiences from my own life and my coaching practice. I am fascinated by how humans operate, what makes us happy, and how we can live our full potential. I want to share this passion, enthusiasm, these tools, and, of course, my knowledge in this field with your audience so that they leave my talk strong, motivated, and absolutely inspired to face their everyday lives.
Originally, I come from the sales background and have lived and worked in London, Australia, and Costa Rica for over 15 years. With 5 languages under my belt, extensive international experience, and various coaching certifications, I can tell you one thing: We humans all tick the same way!

Fun Facts
and personal stuff about me:
– Even though I have been trained as a soul singer and dancer and have been on stage quite early in my life, speaking in front of large crowds was a nightmare for me until I made a profession out of it. 😉
– I draw my strength from silence and every year, I travel to England to attend a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat. And this despite my love for talking so much. P.S.: I can’t sit cross-legged for long either 😉
– I live in Hamburg and by the Baltic Sea with my husband Christian, my two darling step-daughters Sienna & Jella, sports pug “Mr. Jacek”, and the three-legged, one-eyed rescue dog “Uschi or Sushi” from Crete.
– I am considered an expert on authenticity—although I couldn’t pronounce that word ‘Au-then-ti-ci-ty’ for a long time and struggled for many years with my vulnerability. Today, I laugh readily and constantly about myself and love drawing new insights for the future from seemingly challenging experiences
– My company is really called ‘Kick-Ass Living,’ and for me, it represents a life of self-responsibility, where you kick yourself in the valuable rear and live your absolute best life.
– What the dear Lord didn’t give me in centimeters, he gave me in decibels. Not only do I enjoy singing James Brown’s ‘It’s a Man’s World,’ but I also fill any room, no matter how large, with my expressive voice. Probably that’s why my book ‘Authentisch – wie Du glücklich wirst ohne Dich zu verbiegen’ became an Audible audiobook bestseller.
– I speak English with a British accent and a bit of an Australian twang at the end. 😉
– 10% of my earnings are distributed to various organisations, primarily for animal welfare (from which we got our dog) and for hospices.

However, it’s not only difficult to pronounce but especially challenging to live for most people. But that can be practiced—just like any pronunciation.”

Of course! Your topics are always welcome as long as they fall within my expertise. Often, I also mix various parts from different presentations. Like a modular system, you can also put together content here.
Why do I actually need a keynote speaker?
It depends on what you want to achieve with your event. If you aim to create real value and captivate and inspire your audience, it’s often advisable to invite an external, professional speaker. A professional speaker always brings expertise and professionalism. Additionally, you get someone who comes with a neutral perspective and brings in new, valuable insights.
How do I find a good keynote speaker that fits to my audience & event?

How much does a keynote speaker cost?
A keynote speaker typically earns between 3,000 – 10,000 € per appearance. Celebrity speakers often charge more. It always depends on the expertise and the event format.
